Individual Therapy
In individual therapy, we’ll look at what feeling complete or satisfied would look like. We’ll explore current needs and how past experiences may be impacting those needs. The hope is that through our work together, you will have new ways of looking at your past and present, and have hope for the future.

Teen Therapy
Teenage years can be a pivotal time for both teens and parents. To best support teen treatment, I often reach out to schools, doctors, and other supports in the community. When appropriate, I may also ask that parents be a part of the treatment process. This may mean family sessions or meeting with me alone to explore the parents’ perspective.
I enjoy exploring the following areas with teens:
Anxiety
Body image
Depression
Cell phone use
Life transitions
Peer relationships
Self-esteem
Self-identity
Sexuality
Trauma
Sex Therapy
Sex therapy with me focuses on individuals and couples as they navigate relationships with themselves and others. Sexual health is vital to one’s life, and I want to help people meet their sex and intimacy goals in a non-judgmental and safe way. I work with all people including those in the kink/fet community and those who are considering or are in ethical non-monogamous relationships. While the focus will be on sexual identity and health, often treatment looks at other mental health factors that can impact desire like anxiety, depression, and attachment.
